Rémunération des chauffeurs Uber en Afrique du Sud

Please please please, share these images far and wide! The great Uber rip off! I have just spent a long day at the airport as OR Tambo somehow ran out of fuel! Just got into my Uber to travel home, and I was amazed how cheap it was, the Uber app first gave me an amount of around R350. When I confirmed the trip, they changed the price to R520.91. I was amazed, BUT when I asked the Uber driver how much he was being paid he showed me the next image of ZAR242.33!!! How can this be? Uber management are taking more than 50% of the price and discounted the driver earnings. We need the transport ministry to get involved here urgently and address this scam! I want to note, my last few business trips overseas in Europe and the US, I noted that their Uber drivers are earning a hell of a lot more than our South African drivers. I am proudly South African and we need to do something about this.
